Terms of Service

1. The service

Wedding Newspaper provides free, browser-based tools for creating printable wedding materials. The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You may use the output — newspapers, puzzles and printables — for personal, including commercially printed, wedding purposes.

2. Your content

You own everything you create. Because your projects never leave your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own copies (for example by exporting PDFs). We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, browser updates or device failure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to create content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others — including photos you do not have the right to use.

4. Templates and designs

The two newspaper themes, sample content and page designs are original works of this site. The personal content you add is yours; the underlying template designs remain ours and may not be resold as templates.

5. Printing

Output is intended for standard home, copy-shop and online printing on A4 or US Letter paper. We do not warrant fitness for commercial print production: imposition, crop marks, bleed and color separation remain the responsibility of your print provider.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
