Wedding Newspaper is a small, independent project, and we read everything readers send. This page explains the fastest ways to reach us and what information helps us fix things quickly.

Reporting a problem

If a tool misbehaves — a puzzle that will not place, a print layout that looks wrong, a photo that will not load — tell us:

1. The URL of the page you were on (for example /wedding-crossword).
2. What you typed or uploaded before the problem appeared.
3. What you expected and what happened instead.
4. Your browser and device (Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone, …).

With those four facts, most issues can be reproduced and fixed quickly.

A note on privacy

Your drafts and photos never leave your browser, so we cannot look at your project remotely — we will never ask you to send photos or personal details. Describing the steps is always enough.

Public contact channel

This project is new: a public feedback address is being set up and will be published here as soon as it is live. Until then, the About page explains how the tools work, and each tool page carries its own FAQ for the most common questions.
